Our free online maths course is a perfect stepping stone for you towards your future success. It is designed for you to take smaller steps towards your Level 2 Functional Skills qualification which is the equivalent of a GCSE.
Principles of Customer Service
Are you dedicated to delivering a high quality customer service? Our free course is designed for anyone who works with members of the public face-to-face, over the phone or via email, social media or live chat.
Our three-month course supports you to develop your knowledge and skills in the delivery of effective customer service which will include principles of customer service, understanding customers’ needs and expectations and how to respond to problems and/or complaints.

Our 2 week (over 6 days) employability course will support you to start a career in care, with an introduction to the world of care work alongside learning a broad range of essential skills.
