We offer a range of social care, education and business apprenticeships for you and your employees; tailored to meet your training needs.
We also offer a variety of bespoke training courses that will help your team learn and develop.
Apprenticeships are a genuine job that allow your employees to earn while they learn.
Our short accredited courses and training give your staff new skills or refresh their knowledge.
We deliver a range of recognised qualifications, to help you develop your team.
Free assessment of your training needs
When you enquire into training programmes with Training Now, we start by offering you a free assessment and analysis of your training needs. This gives you a clear picture of exactly what kind of training would best develop and improve your business or service.
In partnership with you we will then design bespoke training courses to suit your particular business needs, based on your policies and procedures.
Training brought to you
All of our short courses can be delivered as e-learning, distance study or in a training room; whether that be your own, or at one of our training centers across the country.
As a national training provider, we have training rooms across England, meaning you can receive face to face learning near to you. Alternatively, one of our Teaching and Learning Coaches can come to you, using a space at your place of work yo deliver the training.
Employers play a critical role in making sure a learning programme is successful.
We want to involve you in shaping, developing and improving our learning programmes and learning delivery. That’s why we are committed to a coherent strategy of employer engagement.
Our aim is to foster strong and long-lasting relationships with employers, involving effective participation and feedback in our continuous improvement process.
We use a variety of methods to support employer engagement:
A system of regular employer needs and satisfaction surveys. The results of surveys are evaluated and used to inform improvements in learning provision.
Staff will meet employers in person as part of the internal quality assurance process.
Employers may be invited to complete online or telephone questionnaires so we can gauge satisfaction and encourage feedback.
Employer involvement in decision-making
We seek employer input before any changes are made to a qualification or learning programme which may affect the learner or employer.
‘You said, we did’
Feeding back to employers is an important part of how we work with you. We want to keep you fully informed of actions we’ve taken as a result of your feedback.
We have a comprehensive complaints procedure. Employers are made aware of this upon the initial visit and told how to access it, should they wish to make a complaint at any time.
